Maungaturoto Residential Care Ltd. does business as the Maungaturoto Rest Home, which is a 16-bed modern home administered by a Trust Board, providing care for the elderly. They also have the Riverview Retirement Village which comprises of 13 Units suitable for independent singles or couples. Each unit has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining/lounge area. The pleasant surroundings of the village include views of the Harbor and rural scenes all within a short walk to the medical center and shops.
Tracy has been an enrolled nurse for 26 years and registered for the past three years. She is responsible for managing the Maungaturoto Rest Home as well as providing training to other nurses. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Northland Polytechnic.
