Ms. Davis Jones has 33 years of overall professional experience. As the executive vice president of operations, she is in charge of building an organizational system to achieve stated objectives in quality, improved safety and risk mitigation while achieving growth and operational performance goals. Prior to her current position, she worked as an examiner with the Baldridge National Quality Program. She also owned her own agency, which was the first home care company in the nation to be accredited by the Joint Commission, and was the first home care company in Georgia to become HOSPICE certified.
Additionally, Ms. Davis Jones has written an industry best selling book on total quality management and has numerous articles and professional papers to her credit. She is a member of The International Who's Who in Quality, the International Who's Who of Intellectuals, The International Who's Who of Professional and Business Women. She is also a member of Who's Who in American Politics, Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who Among Human Service Professionals and Two Thousand Notable American Women.
