She received her Associate of Science in Business Management and a diploma in paralegal studies and is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology, from Charter Oak State College.
Ms. Balla is the chairwoman of the Commission on Aging in Brookfield and a representative for the International Student Exchange Programs. She received an Honorable Mention in the U.S. Poetry Program and a Letter of Compliment from the Finnish Diplomat.
