With more than three years of professional experience, Ms. James specializes in caring for seniors. She is responsible for assisting seniors with medication and interacting with their families. She previously worked for a state-funded children's program. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending training programs and enrolling continuing education courses, and serves as a volunteer with the National Children's Cancer Society. Ms. James believes that a lack of good care for seniors in homes is the most important issue facing her profession today.
